About Us

Guangxi Youth Alumni Association of America (the “Association”) was established in 2017 to provide services to students and friends from Guangxi in the United States.
The Association has helped them to solve problems related to jobs, schools, housing, marriage, social life, illness, and mental issues, etc. Since then, we have expanded our efforts to include a wider variety of communities that face similar issues. 
Additionally, the Association has hosted various high-quality events every year. The following are some of them:  

1)    Annual Guangxi Mid-Autumn Festival Parties
2)    Other holiday parties  
3)    Two music concerts in Carriage Hall 
4)    Various Art exhibitions 
5)    Graduation forums 
6)    Graduation parties 

 
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Association distributed thousands of masks to the community in late January.  We then set up a hotline to help local people and students daily. We helped over one thousand people with their problems about COVID-19, airline ticketing, housing and etc. Over 30 of them were ill, some even with positive COVID-19.  We did our best to comfort, distribute protection equipment, seek in-house caretakers, contact doctors, and testing centers and etc. 
Right now, we are still running our help hotline daily.  We will provide more and better service to the community in the future
